SM DUPLEX PERFORMANCE PLUS COMFORT  

The counter-rotating cutting rotors of the SM Duplex guarantee excellent feed behavior, for bulky thin-walled parts and for lightweight hollow parts.

The granulator can be used as a central granulator or as an auxiliary granulator on the injection molding or blow molding machine.

It is thus ideally suited for the size reduction of sprues, defective parts or rejects that accumulate during machine start-up.

Even hot parts or sprues or slugs that have not cooled down can be comminuted without any problems with an appropriately equipped SM Duplex. Despite high performance, the granulator offers acoustic comfort. The material to be cut is not crushed noisily, but cut up.

The slow rotational speed of the cutting rotors also helps to reduce noise levels. This results in a low-dust, uniform cut material that can be reprocessed without difficulty.
