Due to their special properties, the AL conveyor belts can be used in all sectors such as chemicals, plastics, medicine, food, pharmaceuticals, metal or cosmetics. Anything is conceivable, from simple mechanical transport applications through complicated unit load filling to the complex combination of several conveyor belts.

The conveyor belt is a robust welded steel construction that can be either coated or made entirely of stainless steel. Uses in the medical field, for example, are no problem even with high cleanliness requirements of the production plant. Due to the robust steel design and well thought-out construction, the hinges are extremely durable and hardly susceptible to failure. A stock of spare parts, which was previously intended to ensure an undisturbed conveying process with conventional belts, is therefore superfluous.



An intelligent controller, also an in-house product from Amboss+Langbein, allows both single and multiple conveyor lines to be controlled individually. Depending on the customer's individual requirements, the control can be effected either via target quantity, machine cycle or via belt scales and part weight.
