Tool roller blind for injection molding machines
We manufacture the roller blinds individually according to customer requirements.
A problem that is often encountered in plastics processing is rejects caused by contaminated products. These are often small parts that fall on the ground or on oil-covered machine parts after being ejected.
This can be remedied by a cover roller blind (mould partition), which is attached to the side of the machine's clamping plates or directly to the mold with the help of magnets
The high-quality roller blinds are "Made in Germany" and are attached to the front and back of your injection molding machine. They open and close with the tool. Your products are protected from contamination and fall directly onto the conveyor belt or into a collection container.
